The Raw Silk Difference

At Fine Thee, we celebrate the purity of raw silk. Because our fabric is neither chemically processed nor dyed, it retains its most authentic, organic form. You will notice a unique, matte texture with subtle yarn variations—a hallmark of true raw silk that feels gentle against the skin. We use a substantial 22/20 momme weight (164 gr/m²), offering a luxurious, durable feel that is breathable enough for the hottest summer months. As with any high-quality natural white silk, the fabric is slightly sheer; we recommend pairing these with nude-toned undergarments for a seamless appearance.

Composition & Care

Fabric: 100% pure raw silk (22 momme).

Tone: Natural undyed off-white/ivory. 

Care: Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water and a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Note: Raw silk naturally shrinks approximately 8–10% when wet. We recommend sizing up if you plan to hand wash to ensure the perfect fit after laundering.
