Returns & Refunds – Fine Thee Policies for Custom and Standard Orders

At Fine Thee, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each garment is crafted with care, and while we hope you’re delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re here to help — and we handle every return inquiry individually and with care.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for standard size garments if the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer via a trackable courier
  • We cannot accept returns for: Custom-sized garments (including any adjustments to length or width)
  • Made-to-order or personalized pieces (e.g. monogrammed items)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@finethee.com with your:

    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Order date
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  1. We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with confirmation and return instructions.

  2. Once your return is accepted, please ship the item(s) back within 3 business days using a trackable service.

  3. Pack your items securely, including all original tags and protective materials.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed by our team:

  • You will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Please note: Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or return courier charges are non-refundable
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or fabric, simply:

  • Return your item (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order

This helps us maintain clarity and traceability in our small-batch, made-to-order production model.


Important Notes

  • If your return request is not eligible or needs more clarification, we’ll contact you by email.
  • Made-to-order garments are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These include any pieces made with custom measurements, adjusted lengths, or special requests.
