Q1: Does Fine Thee ship internationally to the USA and Europe?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our atelier in Bucharest, Romania. As each garment is made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Romania: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days with standard shipping or 1–2 business days with express shipping
  • USA: 10–15 business days with standard shipping or 3–5 business days with express shipping
  • Other international destinations: 10–15 business days with standard shipping or 3–5 business days with express shipping

Available delivery services and rates are displayed at checkout. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Q2: How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Fine Thee garment is handmade after your order is placed. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Q3: What materials does Fine Thee use?

We work exclusively with natural fabrics — Italian deadstock silk (jersey, taffeta, chiffon, organza), linen, wool, cashmere, and cotton sourced directly from Italian designers, plus raw silk woven locally in Romania. No synthetics, ever.

Q4: Can I order custom sizing or made-to-measure clothing?

Our Shopify store offers carefully patterned standard sizing, handcrafted to order in small batches. For custom sizing and made-to-measure tailoring, visit our Fine Thee Etsy shop where we work directly with each client on their exact measurements.

Q5: What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes 0 through 18 (US sizing). If you're between sizes or need specific adjustments, our Etsy shop offers full made-to-measure tailoring.

Q6: What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Made-to-order garments purchased in standard sizes are eligible under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Q7: Are Fine Thee pieces sustainable?

Sustainability and slow fashion are not trends for us — it's how we've worked from the beginning. We source our fabrics as deadstock from Italian and French designers, utilizing premium leftover fabrics that otherwise would go to waste. Furthermore, we actively avoid overproduction by operating on a made-to-order basis only, using exclusively natural, biodegradable fibers. Every piece is designed and crafted to be worn for years, not seasons.
