Cut from 100% locally woven raw silk in Romania, this oversized, long-sleeve shirt carries a quiet authority derived from the integrity of the fabric and the precision of the construction. The band collar sits structured and architectural, while the unique raglan-inspired sleeve seam—running from the mid-shoulder rather than the standard armhole—creates a distinctive, voluminous silhouette at the arm. Finished with timeless mother-of-pearl buttons.

The fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer, carrying a warm, off-white natural tone. With its signature matte finish and subtle "slub" texture, this shirt looks considered and refined in any light.

The Raw Silk Difference

Unlike conventional, highly processed silk, raw silk retains its natural sericin protein. This gives the fabric its unmistakable matte surface and tactile depth. It is more durable, more breathable, and deeply honest. Our silk is woven locally in Romania—avoiding the environmental cost of long-distance imports—making it a rare find for the conscious collector.

Fine Thee was built on a simple idea: fine fabrics deserve fine craft—and you deserve both. We weave our raw silk locally and source premium deadstock from Italian fashion houses. Each piece is handmade, one at a time, by skilled local artisans.

Composition & Care

  • Fabric: 100% raw silk (15 momme), locally woven in Romania.

  • Care: Dry clean recommended. If you choose to hand wash, use cold water and mild, pH-neutral detergent. Note: Raw silk shrinks approximately 8–10% when wet. We recommend sizing up if you plan to hand wash.
