Orders to the USA are shipped exclusively via worldwide express courier, arriving in 1 to 5 business days (with major East Coast cities like New York often receiving deliveries within 24–48 hours). Shipping to Europe is equally fast and fully tracked.

Every Fine Thee garment is handmade after your order is placed, which takes 5–7 business days. Once production is complete, your piece is dispatched via express courier. This means clients in the USA and Europe typically receive their package within only a few days after shipment. We will provide full tracking details the moment it leaves our atelier.

We work exclusively with natural fabrics — Italian deadstock silk (jersey, taffeta, chiffon, organza), linen, wool, cashmere, and cotton sourced directly from Italian designers, plus raw silk woven locally in Romania. No synthetics, ever.

Our Shopify store offers carefully patterned standard sizing, handcrafted to order in small batches. For custom sizing and made-to-measure tailoring, visit our Fine Thee Etsy shop where we work directly with each client on their exact measurements.

We offer sizes 0 through 18 (US sizing). If you're between sizes or need specific adjustments, our Etsy shop offers full made-to-measure tailoring.

Because every piece is meticulously made-to-order to prevent fashion waste, we strongly encourage conscious shopping and are always here to help you select the perfect standard size before purchasing.

For international orders outside the EU (including the USA), all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. For all orders, if there is a structural quality issue or the garment does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will absolutely make it right.

Sustainability and slow fashion are not trends for us — it's how we've worked from the beginning. We source our fabrics as deadstock from Italian and French designers, utilizing premium leftover fabrics that otherwise would go to waste. Furthermore, we actively avoid overproduction by operating on a made-to-order basis only, using exclusively natural, biodegradable fibers. Every piece is designed and crafted to be worn for years, not seasons.
